The Ghana Shippers’ Authority (GSA) has organised a soirée for journalists in Tema on 6th November,2019.
The Tema Branch Manager of the GSA, Mrs Monica Josiah used the occasion to thank the journalists for their continuous coverage of the Authority’s activities.
She also commended the media for the timely dissemination of relevant shipping and logistics information to shippers and the general public.
She added that “ the GSA would continue to harness its relationship with the media to ensure that importers and exporters all over Ghana are empowered through information dissemination of shipping related information.”
For his part, the Head of Public Relations of the GSA, Mr. Frederick Atogiyire took the opportunity to extend an invitation to the media to attend this year’s media seminar slated for this month.
The media seminar provides a platform to build the capacity of journalists by educating them on contemporary issues in the shipping and logistics industry.
Journalists from the Ghana News Agency, Daily Graphic , UTV, Citi FM, TV3, GTV , Business and Financial Times among others participated in the soirée.
