The Ghana Shippers’ Authority (GSA) has been awarded by the Ministry of Education for supporting Government’s flagship project-Free SHS.
The Minister of Education, Hon. Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, presented the Special Recognition Award to the CEO of the Authority, Ms Benonita Bismarck, at a brief ceremony in Accra on Monday, 10t September, 2018.
The award is in recognition of the GSA’s support towards the printing of 1,000 copies of Free SHS Core Mathematics Revision Guide textbooks.
Speaking to the press after the ceremony, Ms Bismarck said the Authority was happy contributing towards the learning of Mathematics due to the critical role its study and application plays in every facet of human development and civilisation.
