Emelia Assiakwa is a visionary entrepreneur, transformational leader, and Director of the Jubilee Group of Companies; a dynamic conglomerate with diversified interests spanning travel and tourism, agriculture and agri-services, construction, real estate, herbal healthcare, and wellness. With a proven track record of driving innovation across sectors, she continues to shape Ghana’s private sector landscape through enterprise, policy influence, and purposeful advocacy.
She currently serves as the 1st Vice President of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI), the umbrella body representing enterprises across all sectors of business and industry in Ghana. In this role, she champions the interests of the business community, strengthens public–private partnerships, and drives initiatives that promote sustainable economic growth. As President of the GNCCI Women and Youth (WAY) Wing, she spearheads high-impact programs designed to empower women and young entrepreneurs, positioning them to take full advantage of opportunities under frameworks such as the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
Widely recognized for her passion for female entrepreneurship and youth development, Emelia has led groundbreaking initiatives under GNCCI WAY that focus on capacity building, access to finance, digital trade, and regional integration.
