The Ghana Shippers’ Authority in collaboration with Borderless Alliance Ghana organized a workshop on Ghana Trade Corridors E- platform, on Wednesday, 15th March 2017 at the Ghana Shippers’ House, Accra.
The workshop was aimed at building the capacity of members of the Ghana Focal Point Group on the interactive protocols and complaint resolution mechanism for the effective usage of the E-Platform for maximum effectiveness.
The Ghana Trade Corridors E-Platform is an electronic platform by which shippers and their agents, hauliers and other operators on the corridors can report a problem, request for clarification on any matter affecting their transaction on the corridors in real time.
Ghana Trade Corridors E-Platform was established specially to receive, monitor and resolve complains on non-tariff barriers on Ghana’s trade corridor, from shippers.
