As part of the Ghana Shippers’ Authority’s (GSA) mandate of addressing concerns of shippers in Ghana, visitations are regularly organised to the offices and working locations of shippers across the country to deepen its relationship with them.
Staff of the Authority from the head office in Accra Wednesday May 9, 2018 paid visits to some shippers in the Industrial Area of Accra. Shippers visited include Inesfly Africa Limited, SMT (Services Machinery Trucks), Kimo and Mobile Phone Dealers Association of Ghana.
These visits elicit views from shippers on their operational activities particularly challenges they face in accessing services from shipping service providers. The concerns raised by shippers during these visitations are subsequently addressed by the Authority.
