On Monday, 10th February 2025, Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Shippers’ Authority (GSA), Prof. Ransford Gyampo visited the middle zone of GSA to meet with and interact with staff.
He was met with a warm and rousing welcome by the staff, who were led by their Manager, John B. A. Glover.
The team laid their needs which comprised tools and other resources for the effective discharge of their responsibilities before the CEO, and called for prompt action to meet them.
CEO Prof. Gyampo commended them for their diligence and passion for excellence in their delivery. He assured them that he will engage with the relevant Managers to ensure expedited action to meet their needs as swiftly as possible. He also had this to say; ” I expect each of you to give of your best to the cause of the organization, so that together, we can make it thrive for our common good.” Prof. Gyampo was accompanied by the Director of Operations, Sylvia Asana Dauda Owu, Head of the HR & Administration department, Boatemaa Manu-Antwi, and the Head of Corporate Affairs, Bernice L. Natue.
Prof. Gyampo also visited the Boankra Integrated Logistics Terminal (BILT) within the Ejisu Municipality of the Ashanti region to apprise himself of the progress of works on the project. The project is a component of the government of Ghana’s Tradeand Investment Gateway (GHATIG) program.
