Shippers who patronized the 5th Ghana Mango Week Celebration and exhibition have been sensitized on how to take advantage of the export market to expand their operations.
The event organized by the Federation of Associations of Ghana Exporters (FAGE) was held from 4th to 7th July 2022 at the Food Research Institute of the Council for Industrial and Scientific Research (CSIR) in Accra.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, stakeholders appealed for more cold chain facilities and processing factories for the mangoes they produce. Leadership of the Mango Growers and Exporters Association appealed for support to aid the marketing of their produce globally.
Deputy Minister for Food and Agriculture Yaw Frimpong Addo used the occasion to encourage the mango growers to add value to their produce in order to increase their income.
