TEMA SHIPPERS’ CENTER: This project is intended to house the Tema Branch of the Ghana Shippers Authority, provide office space for shipping service providers and related operators in Tema.
The land for the project has been secured within a commercial area and construction is expected to commence soon.

TAMALE SHIPPERS’ CENTER: The purpose of this project is to house the Authority’s Tamale Branch to serve the three northern regions. The land for the project has been acquired and construction is expected to commence soon.

WAREHOUSE FACILITY IN BUIPE: This project is intended to provide storage facilities at Buipe to complement the development objective of improving mobility of goods on the Volta Lake.
Feasibility study on the project is scheduled for 2017 and construction soon afterwards.

TLP PHASE II: Phase 2 of the TLP project covers 30 acres and would provide additional warehousing facilities and open storage areas, fabrication yards, bulk fuel storage tanks, helipad, workshops and repair yards, car and truck parks and a recreational park.
The feasibility study has been scheduled for 2017.

AKATEKYIWA LOGISTICS PLATFORM, CAPE COAST: This project is intended to provide a freight park near Cape Coast for cargo moving between Takoradi and Kumasi and Takoradi and the mines. The land for the project has been acquired and the project is expected to commence soon.

TRUCK PARKS/ LAY BYS ON MAJOR TRANSIT ROUTES: This project is intended to provide freight parks with hostel facilities and mechanical workshops for drivers along Ghana’s major transit corridors key. Locations identified include Nkawkaw, Techiman, Tamale, and Paga. Discussions with key stakeholders are underway to pave way for the commencement of the project.

The estimated cost for the project is US$ 14 million.
